Job Responsibilities
- Development of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
- System maintenance and operational support
- Management of system development, maintenance, and operations
- Project and team management (including task tracking, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and personnel oversight for DX Promotion Team and system development initiatives)
- Oversight and promotion of company-wide operational standards (including ISO compliance, SOX requirements, KAIZEN activities, etc.)
Experience requirements
- Must have 5 years or more of experience in system development or system maintenance and operation.
- Open to all development languages and platforms; however, the candidate must be willing and able to learn and become proficient in the technologies currently used by RMT.
- Preferred experience in the following tools and platforms:
- Python PowerApps / Power BI, RPA (UI Path), Microsoft 365 (MS365)
- Good communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing)
