Job Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, trade shows)
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends and customer insights to identify market gaps and new opportunities
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a new Marketing team, including recruitment, defining roles, and implementing KPIs
- Performance & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, manage the marketing budget for cost-effectiveness, and present strategic reports to management
- Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to create go-to-market strategies and support them with relevant market intelligence
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within B2B, industrial, or FMCG environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing platforms
- Proven experience in campaign planning, market analysis, and customer insight development
- Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills
- High accountability, growth mindset, and hands-on execution capability
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
