Our client is a well-known water resources and environmental management company. They provide many types of environmental management services, such as design, engineering, procurement, assembly, installation, and testing of water treatment systems. The company has been operating in Thailand for over 45 years, with high motivation and a high market share in global markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain corporate documents, including Director Registration List, Shareholder Registration List, meeting invitations, minutes of meetings, and Annual Reports

• Ensure all meetings comply with relevant laws and the company’s Articles of Association

• Prepare and report company transactions related to Directors and Executives, providing copies to the Chairman of the Board and the Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee

• Oversee the legal department to ensure full corporate compliance

• Manage public relations activities, communicating with shareholders about their rights, company developments, and CSR initiatives

• Supervise daily administration and secretarial tasks for the President

• Monitor company budgeting in coordination with the Finance Department

• Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to ensure efficient and reliable organizational processes

• Participate in strategic planning and track achievement of company goals

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and supporting related initiatives

Experience requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in business administration and management

• Strong knowledge of general business administration, reporting, finance/economics, laws and government regulations (Civil and Commercial Code, Public Limited Company Act), public relations, and strategic planning

• Previous experience working in a public limited company is an advantage

• Previous experience in a Japanese company is preferred

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with good document management skills

• Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively

• Demonstrates integrity, creative thinking, commitment to continuous development, change management skills, perseverance, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred

• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score would be advantages)

• Japanese: If can speak would be advantages
