Job Responsibilities
- Plan and structure overall projects into actionable work plans
- Resolve issues within assigned tasks and support problem resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams, external departments, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, report to supervisors, and ensure schedules are met
- Conduct site visits and manage building-related procedures, including decoration deposits
- Plan and execute decoration projects; lead weekly meetings with clients and contract
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Site in interior design
- Able to work overtime and Sat-Sun
