Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design, development, and operation of the O2O platform, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels
  • Translate business and customer requirements into scalable and secure digital solutions that enable omnichannel experiences
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to engineering teams, guiding architecture, coding standards, and solution quality
  • Collaborate with product, retail operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver features that connect online platforms with physical stores
  • Oversee system integrations with e-commerce, POS, CRM, loyalty, and inventory management systems
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native, API-first, and microservices architectures to improve platform scalability and resilience
  • Implement DevOps and Agile practices to ensure continuous delivery, automated testing, and stable deployments
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliable customer journeys across digital and in-store touchpoints
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across integrated systems and ensure timely root cause resolution
  • Support vendor engagement and third-party technology solutions that enable O2O initiatives
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 8+ years of software engineering or technology leadership experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams in digital or retail platforms
  • Strong knowledge of O2O systems, omnichannel commerce, and integration between online and physical store platforms
  • Hands-on expertise with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with POS, CRM, loyalty systems, inventory, and supply chain technology integration
  • Proven track record implementing DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of IT security, data privacy, and compliance frameworks relevant to retail
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in large-scale retail or consumer-facing digital platforms is preferred
