Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize 360° digital marketing strategies tailored to the beauty and cosmetics sector.
- Create detailed marketing plans aligned with business goals, budget, and timelines.
- Hands-on management of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, media buying, and performance monitoring.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) by collaborating with product teams to plan and execute launch campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead offline-to-online (O2O) and online-to-offline (O2O) marketing initiatives to create a seamless customer journey across channels.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, SEM/SEO, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, creative, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and customer engagement.
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects, ensuring efficiency and impact.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and beauty industry developments to maintain competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media vendors, and influencers as needed.
- Support offline marketing activities, including in-store promotions, events, and experiential marketing to reinforce digital efforts.
Experience requirements
-Good command in English
-Experienced in managing marketing for Thai beauty brand.
