Development Lead Manager

Their R&D team serves as an internal technology powerhouse—building digital tools, automating workflows, and connecting systems that drive the business forward. From sales to construction to customer service, they support all teams with reliable, scalable, and smart solutions.

• Define and drive the technical direction for internal tools, automation systems, and integration workflows.
• Champion the adoption and governance of low-code / no-code platforms (e.g., AppSheet, Webflow).
• Lead initiatives to explore and integrate Generative AI into business processes and customer-facing solutions.
• Oversee the design, planning, and delivery of strategic R&D initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to identify operational challenges, prioritize improvements, and implement scalable solutions.
• Guide architecture design and implementation strategies for major technical projects.
• Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of business data across platforms and systems.
• Mentor and manage software engineers and technical contributors within the R&D function.
• Support teams in transforming raw data into actionable dashboards, workflows, and insights.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and provide build-versus-buy recommendations to optimize efficiency and innovation.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or systems integration.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) and internal tool development.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to design and optimize data flows.
• Proven ability to analyze data, define KPIs/OKRs, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards, data visualization, and workflow automation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with detailed execution.
• Strong communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
