Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: From prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and quota achievement.
  • Sales performance review: Analyze quarterly results and provide actionable feedback.
  • Customer needs assessment: Understand client requirements to deliver tailored CAD/CAM solutions.
  • Product demonstrations: Present technology effectively to end-users.
  • Handle complex deals: Navigate procurement processes of large companies.
  • Account strategy execution: Collaborate with internal teams to secure sales.
  • Opportunity management: Oversee multiple sales opportunities with attention to detail.
  • Sales forecasting: Build accurate forecasts and maintain alignment with management.
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensure high satisfaction and develop referenceable accounts.
Experience requirements

Minimum 2 years of B2B or channel sales experience in revenue-generating roles, with proven quota achievement. Preferably 1+ year in CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM sales and experience handling large enterprise-level deals.

Education requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Thai language proficiency: Native level required.

English proficiency: Internal conversation level.

Japanese language is not required but considered an advantage.
