Job Responsibilities
Job Scope:
The Sales Executive is responsible for executing direct sales activities within an assigned territory for Inspection, Testing, and Certification (ATIC) services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Client Development
- Develop sales within the assigned vertical, accounts, and territory through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs, identify new market opportunities, and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet with existing and prospective clients, foster strong, enduring relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Targets and Reporting
- Achieve monthly revenue and order targets by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales reports.
Proposals and Transactions
- Draft, submit, and follow up on sales proposals, specifying appropriate standards and pricing to meet client requirements.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process by providing outstanding service.
CRM and Activity Tracking
- Record all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as per company requirements.
- Meet activity and engagement targets to maintain a high level of productivity and sales effectiveness.
Market and Service Awareness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and company services to accurately inform clients.
Experience requirements
- Background in sales, marketing, or quality assurance services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in food or electrical industries, is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Possess ISO certification
- Must be energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Applied Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
