Accounting Officer - Local Financial (Chinese Speaking)

A Thai-Chinese cosmetics company specializing in high-performance sunscreens and expanding into color cosmetics, including makeup and skincare. The company adopts a multi-channel sales strategy, leveraging e-commerce and live-streaming platforms. It has also established a dedicated R&D center in Shanghai to localize products for the Thai market and enhance innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monthly and annual tax filing of the Thailand company, ensuring all tax declarations are completed accurately and on time.
2. Handle the issuance and verification of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax regulations.
3. Record invoices in the accounting system, ensuring financial records are clear and complete, and assist in preparing financial statements.
4. Coordinate with customs brokers on matters related to imported materials, ensuring smooth customs clearance processes.
5. Manage financial documents related to imports, including but not limited to contracts, receipts, and customs documents.
6. Assist with daily financial operations such as expense reimbursement and cash management.
7. Maintain good communication with the Thai Revenue Department and other government authorities to ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.
8. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
2. Experience: 2–3 years of relevant tax experience; experience in finance for import-related businesses is preferred.
3. Language Skills: Fluent in Thai (native level) and Chinese (working proficiency); proficiency in English is an advantage.
4. Professional Skills: Familiar with Thai tax laws and import customs procedures; proficient in accounting and office software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
5. Abilities: Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to handle complex financial issues independently.
6. Other Requirements: Thai national, familiar with the local business environment and culture, with good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
