QA/QC Manager

Our client seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control operations in a dynamic industrial environment. This role is ideal for a quality professional with deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of international standards and manufacturing processes.

• Plan, implement, and manage quality assurance systems and inspection processes.
• Oversee product quality, raw material inspection, and production process control.
• Approve inspection plans, procedures, and quality reports prior to product delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality issues.
• Manage calibration, procurement, and training for measurement equipment.
• Lead and develop QA/QC teams, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Participate in client pre-qualification and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure documentation aligns with quality systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC within a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Tank, Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Piping, Civil, and Steel Structure.
• Experience working with international teams and clients.
• Proficient in ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Skilled in statistical analysis and office software tools.
