Job Responsibilities

Job Description

•Manage all aspects of Human Resource Management.

•Define organizational structure, manpower planning, and headcount allocation aligned with company growth.

•Develop and enhance the HRIS system and personnel database for effective data analysis.

•Review and update employee handbooks, internal rules, and disciplinary procedures to ensure consistent standards.

•Plan and implement both individual and functional employee development programs.

•Design and manage the performance evaluation system (KPI & Competency) suitable for each department’s nature of work.

•Develop and manage Individual Development Plans (IDP) for employee growth.

•Establish Career Path frameworks and Talent Development programs for high-potential employees.

•Analyze HR statistical data and generate strategic reports such as turnover rate, training ROI, etc.

•Support organizational restructuring and team expansion with efficiency and alignment to business goals.


Experience requirements

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in HRM and HRD.

•Experience in developing KPI systems and company evaluation forms.

•Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.

•Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR compliance standards.
