Job Responsibilities
As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand desirability, drive business growth, and reinforce the brand’s leadership in the luxury segment. You will oversee all facets of marketing, from brand communication and digital to client engagement and events, ensuring consistency with the maison’s global identity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Lead brand communication, media planning, and public relations to maximize visibility and desirability.
- Oversee client engagement programs, events, and collaborations to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Partner closely with retail, merchandising, and CRM teams to drive traffic and elevate the client journey.
- Manage digital and social media strategies to ensure a strong luxury presence online and offline.
- Supervise campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across all initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to uphold the brand’s values and deliver excellence in execution.
- Liaise with regional and global teams to ensure local alignment with international brand standards.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within luxury, premium fashion, or high-end consumer industries.
- Proven track record in strategic brand management and campaign execution.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumers and market dynamics in Thailand.
- Creative yet data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
