Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Prepare and follow up on renewal documentation in coordination with the underwriting department.
- Create and provide quotations to clients.
- Compile and present weekly performance reports.
- Identify unresolved issues and escalate them to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle and manage customer complaints, proposing effective solutions.
- Provide consultation on additional coverage options to clients.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, including writing, listening, and speaking.
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management within the insurance industry or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
