Job Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth and deliver high-quality customer service.
  2. Prepare and follow up on renewal documentation in coordination with the underwriting department.
  3. Create and provide quotations to clients.
  4. Compile and present weekly performance reports.
  5. Identify unresolved issues and escalate them to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution.
  6. Handle and manage customer complaints, proposing effective solutions.
  7. Provide consultation on additional coverage options to clients.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, including writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Experience in sales or customer relationship management within the insurance industry or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
