Jewelry Designer and Development

Our client is a leading global player in the handcrafted colored gemstone and diamond jewelry market

• Develop innovative and creative jewelry concepts for both men’s and women’s collections, including rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces.
• Produce high-quality design sketches and detailed technical drawings for production reference.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development from concept to final prototype.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal collections, including mood boards and material selection.
• Evaluate prototypes and provide improvement feedback on design, comfort, and visual appeal.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure each piece reflects the company’s aesthetic direction.
• Conduct research on international design trends, materials, and consumer preferences to inspire new creations.
• Handle multiple design projects efficiently and deliver within agreed timelines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional jewelry design.
• Skilled in freehand sketching and visualization.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in designing fine or high-end jewelry pieces.
• Understanding of CAD software and its application in jewelry production.
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and design precision.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

• Educational background in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines is advantageous but not mandatory with a strong portfolio.
