Quality Field Engineer

A leading Japanese semiconductor manufacturer’s Thai subsidiary, specializing in electronic components such as ICs, transistors, diodes, LEDs, and sensors. The company provides sales, technical support, and quality management services across Thailand and ASEAN, offering a stable, global work environment for professionals with strong technical and language skills.

• Quality Issue Handling
• Manage quality issues across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, India). Frequent communication with Japanese customers requires professionalism and adaptability.
• Recall Management
• Handle internal processes for product defects post-delivery.
• PCN (Product Change Notification) Support
• Coordinate notifications for material, equipment, or process changes.
• Training Support
• Assist in planning and executing internal quality training programs.
• Audit Support
• Support audits (IATF, OSAT, internal), including interpretation when needed.
• Other Quality Activities
• Engage in continuous improvement, customer satisfaction surveys, and related tasks.

• Minimum 5 years in QA, QE, FAE, or SQE roles. Experience in electronic components industry highly preferred. Candidates with design engineering background are welcome.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Engineering).
• English: Business level for ASEAN customer communication.
• Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above preferred; certificate not mandatory).
