Material Control Staff (Material Planning)

A prominent electronics and semiconductor manufacturer and distributor with nearly 25 years of presence in Thailand, primarily serving the automotive sector. The company values candidates with experience in sales or customer service within electronics or automotive industries, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Create and manage work orders while monitoring material availability to avoid shortages.
• Communicate with subcontractors to align on delivery schedules and ensure timely supply.
• Analyze forecasted vs. actual material usage to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

• At least 1 year of experience in material planning within the electronics or automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Japanese companies and proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and SUMPRODUCT are preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field.
• Native-level proficiency in Thai is required. English proficiency at an internal conversational level is necessary; a TOEIC score is considered an advantage.
