About the Company

Our client is a leading Food and Beverage company with operations across Thailand. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing brand positioning, consumer insights, and market trends to develop effective marketing strategies

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of brand positioning and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assess consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends to develop impactful marketing plans.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to execute brand awareness initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance and brand activities, ensuring alignment with selling strategies.
  • Design and implement distribution strategies and sales promotion programs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive organizational growth in accordance with brand vision and strategic objectives.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management within the food industry.
  • Experience in the food franchise sector is an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in innovation, interpersonal communication, and team leadership.
