About the Company

Our partner is a fast-expanding food manufacturing company with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and people development. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Plant Manager to lead the full scope of HR operations for a newly established plant.

The successful candidate will play a key role in setting up HR fundamentals, building and expanding the HR team, and developing workforce capability to support the company’s rapid business growth. This position suits a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating a solid HR foundation from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish the HR framework for plant, including organizational structure, HR policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, company regulations, and food manufacturing industry standards.
  • Partner closely with the Plant Manager and management team to design and implement people strategies supporting plant performance and expansion plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in all HR processes.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support plant setup and business growth.
  • Work with department heads to identify manpower needs, build talent pipelines, and manage workforce planning.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill employees and supervisors, enhancing production capability and quality awareness.
  • Create onboarding, compliance, and leadership training frameworks aligned with company standards.
  • Develop internal trainer capability to support long-term learning culture.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment (preferably in food and FMCG)
  • Proven success in HR plant setup, team expansion, and training & development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on working style and ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
