Accounting (AI Section)

Japanese meticulous and comprehensive corporate support tailored to the specific needs of our clients in Thai local accounting, tax, and labor matters.

• Lead the organizational transformation from traditional accounting processes to AI-powered accounting systems, including system migration from Express software and paper-based documentation.
• Enhance overall operational efficiency by implementing modern digital accounting workflows.
• Handle core accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, VAT submissions, and routine tax processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements including the Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S).
• Manage a portfolio of transitioning clients who are moving to new AI-based accounting systems.
• Support newly onboarded clients adopting the company’s modern digital accounting platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system implementation and accurate data migration.
• Provide guidance and training to clients and internal staff on new accounting tools and processes.

• Thai native speaking
• Experience in Accounting Position within 5 years. (Prefer Accounting Firm)
• Can handle B/ S,F/ S, VAT, AP, AR, etc.
• CPD License holder
• Interested in AI and the ability to adapt to the times.
