About the Company

Our client is a multinational company specializing in nutrition products, expanding its business into ethical channels in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for timely completion of all activities assigned on projects related to innovation, renovation, secure supply, value optimization and quality improvement projects.
  2. Provide strong support by rightly executing all activities assigned in product development including formulation development, pilot & plant trials, shelf-life study, sensory evaluation, technology transfer and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports etc.).
  3. Develop lab / pilot product prototypes to shortlist options based on sensory and process feasibility.
  4. Support R&I Manager in scale up trials in the production scale so that targeted product performance is achieved.
  5. Coordinate the shelf-life stability of all new and reformulated products with timely evaluation with R&I Managers.
  6. Support in preparing and maintaining all project related documentation including trial report, stability protocol / report, finished product specification, manufacturing documents etc.
  7. Coordinate sensory evaluation of products related to new product development, improvement of existing product, benchmarking competitor products.
  8. Cultivate an innovative mindset - Generate and update competitor database by periodically reviewing new products, ingredients, claims and other trends via market visit, on-line research etc.


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or other related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in R&D or related fields.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge in product development, Sensory Evaluation techniques and Regulations, Dairy Ingredients, Food Ingredients and Nutrition.
  • Experienced in product design with complete & balanced nutrition would be a plus.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
