Accounting Consultancy Services

• Provide leadership and oversight across a wide portfolio of tax engagements, including corporate income tax, compliance, transfer pricing, advisory projects, tax due diligence, and dispute resolution.
• Deliver high-quality, technically sound tax advice, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment in all client deliverables.
• Build, manage, and grow key client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact for complex tax matters.
• Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities, cultivating new prospects, and securing engagements that support firm growth.
• Partner with global and regional teams on cross-border assignments, ensuring effective coordination and consistent knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with changes in tax legislation and proactively integrate updates into client strategies and internal methodologies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers and junior professionals, fostering technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Represent the firm at industry events, client forums, and thought-leadership platforms to strengthen market presence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or a related discipline; CPA, TA license, or a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• 10-15 years’ experience in tax advisory, compliance, and local tax regulation, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Proven track record in leading complex tax engagements and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong business development capabilities with demonstrated success in expanding client portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to articulate complex tax issues clearly.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to rapidly interpret, apply, and communicate new tax developments.
• Collaborative, strategic thinker with strong leadership presence and a commitment to service excellence.
