Sales Chief (Japanese Speaking)

A global trading company specializing in steel products, raw materials, heavy machinery, tools, and consumer goods. The company handles domestic and international transactions, including imports and exports, and seeks candidates with strong communication skills, Japanese language proficiency, and experience in sales within trading environments.

• Maintain and develop customer relationships by visiting existing clients and suppliers and exploring new business opportunities, especially in machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate overseas maker visits (mainly Japanese) and provide support during meetings.
• Offer translation assistance in Thai–Japanese–English when required.
• Negotiate terms with customers and suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, quality, and new product proposals.
• Identify and approach new customers and suppliers to expand business opportunities.
• Collect and analyze product data to meet customer specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings at a basic level to support product understanding.

• 2–3 years of sales experience in a trading company preferred. Familiarity with machinery and ability to interpret technical drawings is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field.
• Language: Native-level Thai, good English communication skills, and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above).
