• Manage and optimize business applications, ensuring effective use of IT and global platforms (EDI, OCR, e-Shop, ERP, CRM, communication tools).
• Test E-commerce environments to ensure alignment with internal and external requirements.
• Drive workflow automation to enhance efficiency.
• Support business leaders with data extraction, metrics, and performance analysis.
• Understand business needs and contribute to system improvements.
• Conduct workshops and training for customers on electronic tools.
• Maintain data quality and customer master data.
• Generate reports to support growth targets.
• Lead implementation of new applications.

ประสบการณ์

• 3+ years in Business Operations within a sales/customer-focused environment.
• Strong business, product, and system knowledge.
• Familiarity with EDI, OCR, E-shop, ERP, CRM, Power BI, and communication tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented with strong service mindset.
• Solid grasp of business processes and data quality.
• Able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Well-organized with strong planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Resilient in a fast-paced environment.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
