รายละเอียดงาน

• Brand Building & Public Relations 
  • Support the development of brand storytelling related to social responsibility and company values. 
• Customer Experience & CSR 
• Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives such as donation campaigns, community outreach, sustainability programs, and education efforts. 
• Research and identify relevant social issues where the brand can make a meaningful impact. 
• Monitor, document, and report on CSR activities to measure impact and improvement areas. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration 

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field. 
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.  
• Passion for social responsibility, community development, and sustainability. 
• 3-5 years of experience in CSR, Marketing, PR, or related roles.  
• Experience in event planning, content writing, or stakeholder engagement is a plus. 
• Familiar with Retail or FMCG industry trends is an advantage.
