Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team and support Japanese companies across Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. In this role, you will partner with clients to solve HR-related challenges and provide professional solutions tailored to their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide practical solutions.
• Design and implement HR systems such as job grading, performance evaluation, and salary structures.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare project-related documents, proposals, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support marketing and sales activities related to HR consulting services.
• Collaborate closely with team members and managers to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on HR trends, practices, and labor laws in relevant countries

ประสบการณ์

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher degree in any field
• At least 5 years' experience in HR consulting or business consulting - HR operations (HR manager, HRBP) - Organization development - Training or learning content creation
• Good command in English (TOEIC Score 800+)
• Good command in Japanese with JLPT N2 in highly advantage
• Able to go aboard as business trip
