Our client is global fashion's accessory manufacturing based in Ayutthaya, now they's looking for Compensation and Benefits Manager to design, manage and oversee total rewards strategy and payroll processes. This role has to ensure competitive compensation, efficient payroll operations, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and implement a competitive compensation and benefit structure such as pay scale, salary bands, incentive scheme, health insurance, and other program up to dated with employee's expectations
- Conduct market benchmarking for annual salary review to ensure package competitiveness in the industry and region
- Assess and implement cost-effective benefit options
- Manage stakeholders to align budgeting and planning
- Be influencer to communicate with employees and leaders on compensation and benefits topics, addressing concerns and feedback effectively
- Monitor payroll system functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Ensure accuracy in employee data, including earnings, deductions, and leave balances.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to implement system upgrades or new payroll software.
ประสบการณ์
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing Compensation and Benefits teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong skills in persuasion, communication, and stakeholder management.
- In-depth understanding of Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Proficient in utilizing HRIS systems with employee's data analysis, experience in Workday being highly advantaged.
- Fluent in Business English for regional collaboration and native-level Thai proficiency for local employee engagement.
- Willing and able to relocate to Ayutthaya province.
