Job Position: Legal Counsel - Trading Company

Work location: Bangkok

Company overview:

We are a general trading company dealing in minerals and metals resources, steel products, energy, infrastructure projects, mobility, chemicals, food and retail, etc. Our services cover product sales, global logistics, financial services, and the promotion of important international infrastructure and other projects.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Provide legal advice and contract review to management, business, and corporate divisions, including group companies

• Promote compliance programs and guidelines; handle compliance matters and lead training/seminars

• Manage corporate secretarial duties including Shareholders’ and Board of Directors’ meetings and company registration

• Review and update internal regulations in line with legal and regulatory changes

• Enhance legal knowledge within the organization through seminars, newsletters, and training initiatives

• Perform other tasks as assigned

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as in-house legal counsel or law firm attorney

• Licensed lawyer in Thailand

• Strong English and Thai skills in legal practice, contract drafting, and dispute management

• Experience in Japanese companies would be advantages

• Solid legal knowledge with ability to provide precise and timely reports to management

• Capable of managing legal and compliance matters independently

• Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, with high integrity

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Law or any related fields

• Good command of English (TOEIC score is preferred)
