Our client is a leading fashion retail company with operations across Thailand. As Store Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the development of new retail stores and the optimization of existing ones. 

รายละเอียดงาน

• Identify and secure strategic store locations that support long-term business development.
• Lead site acquisition, lease negotiation, and construction processes.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with landlords and property developers.
• Oversee the store opening process including approvals, construction, and launch.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies in line with brand positioning.
• Drive store expansion initiatives to maximize sales growth and market presence.
• Evaluate performance of existing stores for potential upgrades, relocations, or closures.
• Ensure consistency in store quality and brand experience across all locations.
• Prepare expansion reports and present to leadership.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in retail expansion or business development.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly with landlords.
• Strong command of English for business communication.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
