Our client is a leading fashion retail company with operations across Thailand. As Retail Construction, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the development of new retail stores and the optimization of existing ones. 

รายละเอียดงาน

• Lead and manage store construction projects to ensure timely and efficient execution of store opening plans.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including vendor selection, construction management, and store launch.
• Participation in planning and design phases is encouraged for candidates with relevant expertise.
• Coordinate the development of construction documents in collaboration with internal teams, external designers, and consultants.
• Establish and align project schedules with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Effectively communicate key milestones and deadlines to the project team, ensuring all targets are met.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction management within the retail industry
• Proven track record in managing building and facility construction projects, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Hands-on experience working in retail store environments or similar facilities
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Experience in international projects or working abroad is preferred
