A Bangkok-based company in the media and technical documentation industry provides comprehensive services including system and web development, catalog and manual creation, translation, and video editing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong planning and technical knowledge (e.g., CAD), and thrives in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Edit and manage technical documents: Prepare, revise, and oversee the creation of manuals, catalogs, and other technical materials.
• Proofreading and quality control: Identify and correct errors in layout, spelling, punctuation, and grammar to ensure professional standards.
• Layout planning: Allocate space for text, images, and illustrations in printed and digital materials.
• Design approval: Review and approve design proofs before submission to clients or publication.
• Workflow coordination: Collaborate with management, translation teams, and editorial staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Client communication: Meet with clients to discuss project details and resolve any issues, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with expectations.
• Occasional travel: Visit client offices in Chonburi for day trips using company-provided transportation.

ประสบการณ์

Minimum 3 years of experience working with Japanese companies (e.g., manufacturers or design firms), with proven skills in project management and technical documentation.

การศึกษา

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, engineering, or a related field.

Language Requirements:

• Thai: Native level
• English: Internal communication level
• Japanese: Speaking ability is a plus
