Design and construction of electrical and air conditioning facilities (facility subcontractor)

Design, construct, and supervise electrical, air conditioning, and sanitary systems for factories and buildings.
Manage on-site construction quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
Provide technical guidance for subcontractors and workers.
Travel within Thailand and to other Southeast Asian countries to coordinate and supervise construction work with local staff.
Liaise with the head office in Japan and overseas branches.
Prepare technical proposals related to facility design.
Monitor project progress and prepare documentation, including BOI-related documents.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand and incorporate their requirements.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and sanitary systems, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel are essential.

Thai native speaking
Bachelor's or higher degree in any field
5 years' Experience in Project management experience (especially related to factory facilities)
Good command in English
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Able to work upcountry
