Plastics compound manufacturing technology and plastics coloring technology

General duties

Inspect colored pellets for defects such as color inconsistency, contamination, and shape abnormalities
Perform regular sampling inspections of finished products
Use spectrophotometer or colorimeter to verify color accuracy
Check physical properties such as specific gravity, hardness, and melting point
Conduct in-line quality checks during production
Report abnormalities and support initial troubleshooting
Record inspection results and input data into the system
Analyze defect trends and recommend improvements
Work closely with the production team to maintain quality standards
Handle customer inquiries regarding product quality (if required)
