About the Company

Our client is a home electronics retailer company operating across Thailand. As Director of Retail Management, lead and oversee the strategic and operational aspects all across channels. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Retail Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for market growth and competitive positioning.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and store performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize product mix and promotions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional and store-level retail teams.
  • Build a strong operational team and improve overall performance.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Ensure consistent training programs and career development opportunities.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure all stores deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand values.
  • Monitor and improve customer service standards and feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement visual merchandising and store presentation guidelines.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for the retail division.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably home electronics industry
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven success in managing multi-store operations and driving cost-effective growth.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Have strong knowledge in business trends, market conditions, consumer preference and product under responsibilities.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a proactive and adaptable mindset
