About the Company
Our client is a leading beverage retail company with operations across Thailand. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring optimal store visibility and brand presence.
Job Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including sales and operational reports.
- Leverage ERP systems for effective data analysis and decision-making.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee profit and loss (P&L) performance.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Drive sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Execute market visits and activations to boost brand visibility and customer outreach
- Travel within the region as needed to support customer relationships and business development.
Team Management & Training
- Conduct staff training and monitor performance.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Marketing & Events
- Plan, organize, and manage events and promotional activities.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally within the F&B or beverage sales industry.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- WSET certification is an advantage.
- Proficient in conducting training sessions on wines and spirits.
- Genuine passion for wine and spirits.
- Positive attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Established network in Korat or a strong commitment to building one quickly.
