Head of Facilities & Operations

Our client, a player in the real estate industry, is seeking a Head of Facilities & Operations to lead the operations of their large-scale development project.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an accomplished professional to oversee comprehensive facilities management, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest standards across a large-scale real estate portfolio.

• Lead the effective operation of all facilities, including utilities, buildings, landscapes, residences, and sports facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure space readiness and maintain service standards for daily usage
• Recruit, develop, and manage frontline service teams, including janitorial, engineering, waste management, housekeeping, and security
• Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to enhance user experience while ensuring cost efficiency and budget control
• Initiate and lead strategic projects with a focus on innovation and sustainability
• Oversee renovation, construction, and other major projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance
• Manage CAPEX planning and provide insights on investment priorities
• Prepare and present operational dashboards, reports, and insights to management and key stakeholders
• Supervise preventive and corrective measures to ensure seamless facilities and service operations
• Manage permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance matters in collaboration with the legal team and local authorities
• Oversee overall safety programs, emergency preparedness, and incident management processes

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operational management within large-scale real estate projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management and financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or related fields
