Procurement Director

Our partner is a leading provider of integrated furniture and interior solutions, specializing in B2B and project-based construction across office, residential, and commercial sectors. 

• Formulate and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost efficiency.
• Define and track KPIs to measure procurement performance and ensure continuous improvement.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability criteria.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure competitive and beneficial agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure service reliability.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement actions when necessary.
• Manage the overall procurement budget, ensuring financial control and cost optimization.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier dependency, cost fluctuation, and supply chain disruption.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to align procurement with business needs.
• Drive process improvement, strategic sourcing, and cost-saving initiatives through market analysis and data insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals to achieve high performance and collaboration.

• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, construction, or B2B industries is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking.
• In-depth understanding of procurement laws, compliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
