Position Overview:
The Resident Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. This role is ideal for a proactive and hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards aligned with brand expectations.
- Manage operational budgets, cost control, and revenue performance in line with business goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the operational team to achieve excellence in service and productivity.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any issues.
- Support the General Manager in implementing strategic initiatives, brand programs, and service improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hotel operations with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
- Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Experience in midscale or upscale properties will be an advantage.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
