General Manager

Adecco is seeking a General Manager for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located on a private beach in Pattaya. This property is equipped with extensive facilities, including five large meeting and ballroom venues, multiple dining outlets, a luxurious spa, a fitness center, and swimming pools. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of service, maximizing profitability, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. The role requires a visionary leader with a genuine passion for service excellence, impeccable presentation, and strong English communication skills

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior Executive Committee role within a recognized 5-star luxury hotel or resort for a minimum of 3 years
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Impeccable professional appearance and exceptional leadership skills
• Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of financial management and sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
