Job Responsibilities

·      Coordinate and support sales teams to ensure seamless daily operations and execution of key sales activities.

·      Manage trade spending and promotional investments; assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in budget tracking.

·      Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock inbound data; provide daily reports to KAMs and Key Account Executives.

·      Handle administrative and operational tasks including PO tracking, order fulfillment, and coordination with supply chain, distributors, and KAMs to ensure delivery accuracy.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.

·      Maintain accurate sales reports, pricing updates, and customer information.

·      Drive operational excellence to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.

Experience requirements

·      Strong coordination and communication skills.

·      Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.

·      Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel & Power BI).

·      13 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support.

·      Experience in preparing sales, stock, and spending reports.

·      Understanding of sales processes including PO, billing, and inventory.

·      Passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency.

·      Experience in retail or FMCG industry is a plus.

Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
