Job Responsibilities
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading boutique operations, driving commercial success, and ensuring an exceptional client experience across all locations. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the luxury retail environment.
- Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure alignment with brand standards and client experience expectations.
- Lead and inspire boutique teams to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Monitor key retail KPIs, analyze store performance, and implement action plans to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on visual merchandising, marketing, and CRM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory management, and service protocols.
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to maintain a culture of excellence and brand ambassadorship.
- Develop and execute retail strategies to enhance customer loyalty and elevate brand presence.
- Act as a key liaison between retail operations and senior management to communicate progress and opportunities.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury or premium retail management, preferably within jewelry, watches, or fashion sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of driving sales and elevating performance.
- Highly detail-oriented and KPI-driven, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in multitasking functions and can work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple locations as required.
