Project Manager

Design and construction of electrical and air conditioning facilities (facility subcontractor)

• Design, construct, and supervise electrical, air conditioning, and sanitary systems for factories and buildings.
• Manage on-site construction quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
• Provide technical guidance for subcontractors and workers.
• Travel within Thailand and to other Southeast Asian countries to coordinate and supervise construction work with local staff.
• Liaise with the head office in Japan and overseas branches.
• Prepare technical proposals related to facility design.
• Monitor project progress and prepare documentation, including BOI-related documents.
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand and incorporate their requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and sanitary systems, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel are essential.

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher degree in any field
• 5 years' Experience in Project management experience (especially related to factory facilities)
• Good command in English
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Able to work upcountry
