About the Company
Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in Building Automation and Smart Building Solutions. This role focuses on delivering innovative solutions that enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and smart technology integration for commercial and industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to provide consultative sales and ensure successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Building Automation, Energy Management, and Smart Building Solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and building technology vendors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including proposal preparation, tender management, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and sustainability goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within Building Automation, HVAC, IoT, or Smart Building Solutions.
- Strong understanding of BMS, IBMS, ICMS, and energy-efficient technologies.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, DALI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
