Job Responsibilities
General duties
- Inspect colored pellets for defects such as color inconsistency, contamination, and shape abnormalities
- Perform regular sampling inspections of finished products
- Use spectrophotometer or colorimeter to verify color accuracy
- Check physical properties such as specific gravity, hardness, and melting point
- Conduct in-line quality checks during production
- Report abnormalities and support initial troubleshooting
- Record inspection results and input data into the system
- Analyze defect trends and recommend improvements
- Work closely with the production team to maintain quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product quality (if required)
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- At least 1 year working experience as QC in plastic compound industry
- Fair command in English
