About the Company
A leading global organization in the manufacturing and B2B sector is undergoing a major transformation to harmonize operations, data, and decision-making across regions. As part of this strategic shift, Regional Supply chain function is being elevated to a global leadership role. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with regional heads, commercial leaders, RD , Manufacturing and ERP implementation teams. This role is central to driving operational excellence, agility, and growth across a multi-entity, multi-region environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Demand Planning
Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and promotional insights. Analyze demand variability and its impact on supply chain operations to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
· Supply Planning
Work with manufacturing and sourcing teams to create supply plans that meet forecasted demand while optimizing production capacity, inventory levels, and supplier performance. Monitor production schedules and material availability to ensure continuity of supply.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to drive alignment and collaboration. Act as the global point of contact for all S&OP-related matters.
· Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) , supply chain efficiency, and inventory performance. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and embed best practices across global operations.
· Advanced Analytics & Reporting
Leverage advanced forecasting tools and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
· ERP & Process Transformation
Collaborate with IT and business process owners to align processes with the global ERP transformation. Support the design of standardized global templates and harmonized workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.
· Leadership in a Global Environment
Operate effectively in a lean, globally distributed organization with facilities running 24/7. Manage time zone complexities and ensure consistent cadence and responsiveness across regions.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a global , Regional leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a globally distributed environment.
- Strong understanding of demand and supply planning principles, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and advanced planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to work across diverse regions and time zones.
- Fluency in English is required.
