Job Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, verify goods receipt documents, and submit to Accounting
- Support warehouse and transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery and updated PO
- Handle stock reconciliation, cycle counts, stock checks, and stock takes
- Maintain accuracy of data entry in Warehouse Management System for all stock transactions
- Manage filing of operational documents and ensure traceability
- Monitor and resolve transaction discrepancies by coordinating with supervisors or related teams
- Ensure inventory accuracy through FIFO and compliance with customer requirements
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaking
- Bachelor's or higher degree in related field
- 1 years' experience in warehouse or inventory (new graduates are also welcome)
- Good command in English
