Job Position: UI Designer (Japanese Speaking)

Work location: Bangkok

• Assess project scope to define appropriate design direction, processes, and deliverables

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and stakeholders to create optimal design solutions

• Develop user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for product features

• Partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs

• Utilize data analytics, user testing, and research to inform and validate design decisions for continuous improvement

• Apply UI/UX best practices in web and mobile application design, including responsive layouts

• Build complete visual compositions and design systems for implementation across all product touchpoints

• Contribute to shaping and improving the internal design process

• 5+ years of design experience with a background in Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields

• At least 2 years of client-facing experience across product, web, graphic, editorial, or packaging design

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Keynote, and PowerPoint

• Expertise in responsive website, web application, and mobile app design (iOS & Android)

• Experienced in design studios or agencies, delivering UI for websites and mobile apps is preferred

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders

• Effective cross-functional collaborator, empathetic team player, and mentor to other designers

• Comfortable working in highly iterative and collaborative environments

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any related fields

• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score would be advantages)

• Japanese: Internal Conversation Level (JLPT N3 or above)
