Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Develop new leads via networking, referrals, and online research. Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
Sales Process Management:
Present tailored IT solutions, prepare presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients through email, calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings. Build long-term relationships.
Technical Support & Solution Proposal:
Provide pre-sales technical support, system configuration, and create detailed proposals with specifications and benefits.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct market research and report insights using financial data to support strategic decisions.
Professional Development & Team Collaboration:
Continuously improve knowledge of manufacturing IT solutions and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.
Experience requirements
Experience in B2B sales in any industry. Candidates with IT knowledge or manufacturing systems experience are preferred.
Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (advantage).
English: Internal conversation level.
Japanese: Business conversation level (JLPT N2 or above).
