IT Project Coordinator / Sales Support (Japanese Speaker)

A Bangkok-based IT consulting firm specializing in ERP, CRM, IoT integration, and custom software development for manufacturing, logistics, and financial sectors. The company values innovation, cross-cultural collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are bilingual (Japanese/English), detail-oriented, and experienced in IT project coordination or system engineering.

• Communicate with Thai and Japanese clients via email and meetings to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare project documentation using company templates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking progress and reporting updates.
• Respond to customer requests and assist throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review system-related documents (e.g., analysis, design) and support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Follow up with clients during software development or implementation.
• Assist in pre-sales activities such as creating function lists, translating documents, and interpreting between sales and engineers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

・Minimum 1 year of experience in system engineering or project management. Candidates with hands-on experience in specific IT project phases (e.g., analysis, design, testing, implementation) or industry-specific systems (e.g., ERP for factories, banking systems) are highly preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

English: Daily conversation level.

Japanese: Business conversation level (JLPT N1 preferred, but not mandatory if IT experience is strong).
