Internal Application Engineer

A Bangkok-based consulting company specializing in human resource and organizational development. With over 50 years of experience, the company supports more than 100 organizations across Asia, providing tailored solutions for transformation and growth. Ideal candidates are experienced developers with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

• Plan, develop, and operate internal business applications (Salesforce integration and migration from Microsoft SharePoint).
• Act as a liaison between external developers and internal teams across Thailand, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore.
• Conduct interviews with departments to design systems for back-office and sales support.
• Collaborate with the IT department in Japan for system migration and modifications.
• Communicate in Japanese with overseas offices.
• Work primarily in a remote/hybrid setting.

• Minimum 5 years of development experience. Preferred:
• Web application development
• Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Platform)
• Java and Python experience
• Ability to create technical documentation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Thai: Native level.
• Japanese: Business conversation level (JLPT N3 or above).
• English: Not required.
